Yes. In order to make a purchase online you must first create a user account. Once you have created your user account, simply log-in using your username and password and from there you may add items to your cart before proceeding to checkout. If you are not yet a registered user, you can sign-up for an account here.
No problem - just click here, enter your username or email address and click on the “Submit” button. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Yes. WMDO does not store your credit card information. Once you have confirmed your order and proceed to checkout, you will be taken to our online payment processing partner SaferPay, who use only the highest standards in encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information remains secure.
WMDO accepts Visa, MasterCard or bank transfers. For bank transfers when ordering online, please use the Corporate Order Form here.
How to order online
- Create an account – once this is done, you will receive an email with your username and password.
- Log in to your account.
- Choose a course from the Course Catalogue.
- Select the course desired by clicking on the “Buy Now” button.
- You will be directed to the order confirmation page then follow the instructions. Enter the coupon code if provided to you otherwise proceed further.
- The billing information page will be appear, change information if needed and follow the instructions.
- The payment gateway (Saferpay) page will appear. Choose your preferred payment means and follow instructions.
- The credit card information page will appear, follow the instructions provided.
- When the payment is confirmed and done you will be redirected to your “My Account/Payment confirmation” page.
- All you courses will be in your “My Account/My courses” section.
Troubleshooting
