Course Description:
This course, created by management skills expert Christine Petersen, identifies the characteristics that constitute an effective team, including useful techniques and tools that capitalize collective team potential.
This course also demonstrates how to successfully motivate and communicate within a team and the role “influencing” can play depending on the different styles of team members.
